1995 vibrates
I have owned my 95 coupe since new and have always kept it in excelent condition it has less than 50000 miles it runs as smooth as new but recently I noticed a vibration at 85 mph up to 105 mph I slowed down below 85 and it was smooth again I have noticed a cracking noise somtimes when I accel from a stop it is a six speed has anyone had a problem like this and what needs to be checked? thank you BOB R.

Some basics:
1) Tire balance. What is the current condition of the tires? Are they older? Goodyears? The GYs on that vintage are pretty scary tires. Fine when new, but they harden with age.
2) Rear wheel bearings.
3) Ujoints.
The clicking sound leads me to #2 or #3.

I had an 86 TA, that did the same thing almost. Replaced everything almost, then a mechanic noticed my back rim was a little bent and was causing a vibration, it was barely noticible at low speeds.

I agree
My 85 had a vibration like your describing and I traced it down to a very dry/loose rear wheel bearing. I replaced it along with the u-joints on that side and fixed it.
(much easier to replace u-joints at the same time comsidering you already have everything apart)
