Default Finally got on TJWong's dyno!

This was a pretty exciting day, since it was my first dyno experience. I got it done at TJWong's shop, Wong's Performance. I am sure all of you know how nice of a guy Tom is, but in case you had doubts, he really is a first class guy, along with his employee. Not only was he extremely helpful, but also has every cool electronic tool imaginable to do the job right.

The results were right where I was hoping/expecting, though I was not keeping my hopes up since the engine does have over 130k on it. 346hp/352tq max. Modifications are in the signature. Now I just hope I can get it to pass smog, though Tom has assured me it will, or my next dyno session is free (you do remember saying that, don't you Tom? ).

Seems like great numbers for a Hot Cam. Kudos to you and Tom.

Hope you took a video camera along to record everything. Tom is great and knows what he is doing! I have been pleased with what he did to my car. It was well worth the drive to Vancouver for me.

Yeah, I've read there can be a 15% difference between a Dynojet and a Mustang dyno, depending on the weight used on the Mustang software (3650 was used). But there is no way I'm putting almost 400hp at the wheels... Unless the heads are ported and I don't know it or I got a GM847 instead of the LT4 hot cam somehow!

Anyway, thanks for the comments guys and thanks again to Tom.

I was kinda suprised at the numbers myself. I was figuring that the car would lay down maybe 300 to 320 at the most. What come out as the final numbers surprised me as well. I know the measurements are correct as I dyno'd a KIA that belongs to my employee the evening before. We got the same numbers that he got the last time we had his car on the dyne. Which was 102Hp
