224/230 605/622 112, and my MAP KPa at idle is 58-60. It definately took a little tuning to lean it out at idle, with these MAP readings. Stock was 32-33 KPa.
I'm getting about 70 Kpa which seems too high to me?
I have stock displacement but ported heads & intake.
Cam is 230/242 at .050 with a 112 LSA
Is my MAP sensor going bad???????
What else could cause it to be this high? I know a big cam will pull more kPa but this much?
with your disp and cam I'd say "good job" getting to 70%, if you do put in a higher stall TQ (are you auto?), you'll find that your idle Map point will lower. I'm running a .600" lift 224/230 383 at 55-60 kpa at 900 rpm idle

I'm manual but the figure I'm quoting was with a 750 idle, it was just too low so I took it back to 925 (from my original CC 306 program). I'll log it tomorrow to see how that affects it.
