Have looked over my Helm's on the R&R on the strut rod,and have a question for those who know. When it's time to install do you just line up the marks on the camber bolt and then tighten her up on the back nut? Is it that easy?

Basically YES
As long as your sure the marks your lining up are correct.
I painted red witness marks on my camber plates after it was aligned. Not long ago that bolt loosened and the camber changed. All I needed to do was realign the witness marks and tighten.
I try to avoid messing with alignment adjustments, unless it's necessary. When I did my wheel bearings, I left all of the rear suspension intact. On a different occasion, when I replaced the half shaft u joints, I unbolted the strut rods at the knuckles and left the camber bolts and cams, untouched.
CFI-EFI- So you can just unbolt the knuckle end of the strut rod? I thought the camber bolt had to be loosened as well,if not, great! cause this will help save a step or two in getting the halfshafts out. Thanks
Be VERY careful putting the bolt back in the knuckle end if you going that route. There are small bumps inside the knuckle that can absolutely destroy the threads on your bolt if you don't have the strut rod lined up perfectly while installing. That really sucks, I've busted the threads up before on mine and the nut wouldn't go back on.
