Info on brake conversion from c5 to c4?

Info on brake conversion from c5 to c4?
Can someone point me in the right direction for the c5 brake conversion to an 85 corvette. Wasn't there someone on here that did or has done this conversion without paying a $1000 for a kit. I thought that they used stock brakes and rotors from a c5 to do this and another member here fabbed the parts that were needed to adapt them to the c4. I have looked in the search function and even went to VBP but found no other info. Any help anyone can give would be great!

Thank you. The only problem is when I see that you've replied my wallet starts to get emptier?

I knew there was some info and with my new 18" wheels arriving on Monday my stock brakes are going to look mighty homely.
