Can someone explain alky injection? (89A4)
Non supercharged. What are the benefits and exactly how would it work on an L98. Could this be plumbed in through a Holley throttleobdy(setup for Nos)?

I would agree, probably the only benefit is it will somewhat cool your intake charge, but if you are going to run NOS that is the whole principle of NOS.
Unleess you had an RV going up long mountain grdes in very hot temps, I seriously doubt it would be of much benefit with a N/A engine...

the only situation I've heard of people using alky injection was with high compression and pump gas. They would have a switch to flip on the system to gain the octane effects once the throttle was depressed a bit so that the octane effects of the h20 alky mix would kick in when the motor needed it. Guys also do something similar when using nitrous.
