Turns out the problem was the Idle Air Control Motor($102.84) I guess. I was wondering where this would be located under the hood and how hard would it be to install a new one? I'm just curious...

On TPI it is inside the throttle body (TB), bottom, has a connector going to it located on the passenger side under the TPS. That price must be from the dealer, about half that at auto parts store. Before replacing you may want to take the TB off, dismantle and clean with TB cleaner, spay cleaner on the IAC plunger too, but be gentle with it, then reassemble. The cavities can get built up with carbon especially over long period of time and a good cleaning is all they need.

Do not use Carb Cleaner.
