I'm Trying To Find The Link Or Thread That I Thought I Saw On The Forum Regarding Lucas Oil Treatment.

There Was A Link To Another Site - Where They Show How Lucas Oil Makes The Oil Foam And Break Down. Basically After Visiting This Site, You'll Never Put That Stuff In Any Vehicle You Own, Especially Your Vette.

The Reason I'm Looking For This Link Is Because One Of My Mechanics (not The One Who Works On My Vette) Had Suggested Putting That Stuff In My Cadillac, I Told Him About The Link And He's Very Interested In It - As He Likes To Put Lucas In Everything.

I Told Him There's No Way He'll Put That In My Car After Seeing The Link.

Do a search on LUCAS OIL and you come up with some threads that will lead you to the Bob the oil guy site you are looking for. I specifically sent LUCAS OIL a question on this site and this is theirresponse. I use Lucas in all my cars as needed. For my vette I tend to stick with Mobil 1 SYN for the engine oil, but I do use other lucas additives for PS, Tranny.

My thoughts:
I tend to agree that using this demonstration simulator ( the ones you find in oil stores & used by Bob the Oil guy), is not representative of a real engine or tranny under operation....... Most folks that I know that work on vettes for a living recommend the Lucas products as being good (& they do not sell these products necessarily).
