Starting problems
I took my 95 cpe to the dealer (I can't stand to but I was in a jam) to get a missfire taken care of. I own a paper clip and knew that both O2s needed replaced by the engine codes. Well they changed out my K&N for a plain filter and wanted to replace the MAF, because they said it was aftermarket and dirty from the KN and was sending bad info to the PCM. (This is the reason why I hate dealers). I gave them the factory MAF to put back on. Anyway after $600 and a bunch of wasted time I got the car back and it runs fine but it takes a long crank or even 2 to turn over. As of late the car is developing a faint miss sometimes. All connections look good. Any ideas? Opti-spark?
