Default 89 won't start

I have an '89 with 46k that won't start. the fuel pump was replaced 5 yrs ago and i just replaced the fuel filter. it'll turn over for a while, almost start up with a sputter, then quickly die. its been in storage for the winter with a full tank and fuel stabilizer and hasn't been ran for 10 months. it also had a stench of rotten eggs coming from the exhaust when it ran. we've had problems with mice before, one made a home in my dirtbike's airbox, however the intake is completely clear and theres no sign of any damage from what i can see. from the looks of it im pretty sure its fuel related, but im open to try anything at this point

And the fuel pressure is??? The rotten egg smell, last year, was probably from running rich. That could have melted down your converter, but I have never heard of a clogged converter preventing the car from starting. You will probably have to start from scratch with air, fuel, spark.

RACE ON!!!

Engines need spark (and at the right time), air and fuel (and in the correct ratio) in order to start and run. First use your timing light to see if you have spark and spark at the right time. Measure the fuel pressure on the shrader valve at the end of the fuel rail. Turn on the ignition for longer than 2 seconds and then turn it off and watch how long the fuel pressure holds. If it drops rapidly, you may have leaky injectors causing a too rich mixture to start. Next, use a Noid light, or a low power 12v lamp like a 194 and clip it across an injector plug and crank the engine. If the fuel injectors are being exercised the lamp should pulse during cranking.
You might also try removing the flexible air hose from the MAF to ensure that air is getting into the engine.
