Default Dark Exhaust ??

I just got my car dyno'd and tuned with a chip burned. And for some reason when I'm coming to a stop in 1st gear, I get dark smoke coming out. Also when I'm slowing down, sounds like a little bit of back fire, Not alot, but a little. Wasn't sure what that is, I got new heads/cam and other things done, I'm sure this is a can O worms kind've question, but I'd like to get some opinions first. The shop here doesn't know what that is, also sometimes my call will shut off when coming to a stop, the idle can drop way down for some reason. Someone told me I can adjust that throttle inlet just a bit--I hope that takes care of that problem, but I don't wanna have that butterfly open if fuel is going to keep moving even when car is stopped--wouldn't that flood the engine, or is it safe to adjust it a little bit ?

Sounds like definately a fuel mixture problem, running rich will cause the black smoke and popping under deceleration. Do they have a good reputation tuning cars? Since they tuned it and it has this fuel problem, I'd push to have them work on it to get it right.

Well I took it to Norris Motorsports in Orlando, they work mainly on corvettes all the time-So I figured they would do the job right, but I'll call them again monday and persist this problem with them, I do have an AFPR--would that help any if I adjusted it, The car was running VERY rich before I took it that shop and they tuned it out Very well, but now wondering if they still left it on the rich side. right now I use the highest grade fuel 93 octain at the fuel pumps, the car runs 10.5-1. Would 89 be ok or too less of a quality fuel ?
