Vert hatch adjustment
I was looking at another Forum member's rear hatch last week and it sits just a tad high in front. We looked at mine and it is flush.
I looked in my Helms manual and it talks about shimming to make the adjustment but showed no pic.
Anyone done this? I am assuming you would remove a shim to make it lower but not sure where the shims are located.

I had the same problem and found a fix. You see the two studs on each side of the hatch with the springs on them ? Just twist the one with the side thats up till it goes in a little and bring it down. If you are not satisfied then keep doing it till it looks good. I had the same problem and realized its an easy fix.
Just came in from garage.. Made adj. to hatch and it fits much better. Actually ran out of spring to make completely flush, but can hardly notice it now.. Thanks again Guys..
