My stock #113 heads had screw in studs with 7/16" bottoms and 3/8" tops. I installed CC ProMagnum 1.6:1 for 7/16" studs.
I thought CC recently added a self aligning ProMagnum for 7/16" studs???
Actually the price of going either way is about the same as self aligning RRs cost more than non self aligning, which offsets the extra h/w needed for the latter. And, if you are switching to 7/16" studs, it is
trivial to install hardened guide plates.
You may need to look under listings for big block Chevy rocker arms. I don't think that any small blocks came with that size rocker stud.
Good luck.
That isn't going to help, because no big blocks ever came with 1.5:1 or 1.6:1 rocker arms.

All small block heads drilled and tapped for screw in studs, are 7/16" thread, at least those that still use English measure as opposed to metric threads.
I just did a search on Summit Racing's website, and all the 1.6 ratio, full-roller rocker arms for 7/16" studs that came up are not self-aligning.
I'm shocked that nobody makes a self-aligning 1.6 full-roller rocker arm for 7/16" studs!
You may have to go with the GM units on this one.
Yeah, same thing I found. So if I want 7/16" studs I will need to use guide plates and hardened pushrods. Maybe I'll just stick with the 3/8" studs and self-aligning to save cost, but will I over stress them with a 1.6:1 ratio?

No. In fact, I (literally) just finished replacing my stock stamped steel rockers with a set of self-aligning Comp Cams 1.6 Magnum Roller Rockers (p/n 1418-16). I'm still running the stock 3/8" studs, and I don't predict that they will prove to be a problem. The stock valve springs may prove to be an issue in the next few years, but the studs should be more than capable of handling these rockers.

Did you notice any SOTP difference? Are the rollers quieter than the stock rockers?

To be honest, I haven't run the car yet. I'm still putting it all back together - I was up past midnight last night installing the rockers. I just got home from work and I'm about to hit the garage so I can finish buttoning everything back up. With luck I should have it running later tonight (I don't really have that much left to do).
I will definitely let you know if I 'feel' any difference, and if they are any quieter than stock.
If you want the GM LT4 self aligning 1.6 RR's I have a friend that has a couple very low mileage sets, with studs I believe. He's been wanting to get rid of them, I can ask him what he wants for a set. Let me know!
