Gees I've thought about getting some "special" bird seed for the damn birds that pepper my Vette.

If it were a cat or other wild animal ruining a $3-$5k paint job I'd take drastic action. Do whatever you gotta to get rid of it.

Another one (+1) for the "destructive pet haters".

wow thats harsh, hopefully the person you catch isn't a sociopath Psychotic and doesn't use whatever he or she is using on the cat, on you first.
It's easy to joke and say you do this or that, but truth be told as much as I hate cats it isn't any easier for me to go up and start carving up a cat then it would be to go carve up my neighbor. Someone who really carries out such an act has a disconnection and is truly dangerous. I hope your either bigger, or better armed because a person like that won't stop with just you.. Your better off callin the boys in blue. maybe they'll see your compassion and "Tune up" your buddy while they have him downtown.
Take it from a guy who grew up with ALOT of sic **** some of which, actually most of which are in prison for 10-15 and some 20to L. Just my $0.02

theres just no excuse for a grown man to hurt a little cat. and besides i paint for a living so any damage one of my cats do i would gladly repair to better then new condition. just dont hurt any of my cats, its not like they do it on purpose.

Just my .02:
So you like your cats, has anyone ever tried to harm them ???
Either way, that post up there is what lawyers would call a 'conditional threat'.
Not too cool to post on a public forum.

Like I said, just my .02 [and you are entitled to say my .02 is only worth .01].

Default keep up with your *****

I guess the real point here is you like your cat,I like my car. Keep up with your pet and you don't have to worry. The antifreeze is next to the car, keep your cat out of it. I have pets too, thier welfare is MY responsibility, the damage they cause is too.

no ive never had anyone hurt my cats. and i would never hurt anyone elses pets. a pet...cat, dog, whatever, is like a personnal posession, just like your corvette is, so to hurt someones pet is like vandalizing there vette in a way. someone that would hurt my cat prob wouldnt hessitate to vandalize my vette if i pissed them off. its just not right, thats all.
the owner of the cat should do something and be responsible but dont take it out on a little cat.

when i hear someone talking about hurting a cat, dog, any animal..... it really makes me mad very quickly

If you "love your pets" keep them on your property and they will be out of harm's way. Even if your neighbor does no harm to them personally they can just call the local pound and away they go, as they should if they are roaming to destroy the property of others.

BTW, if someone comes onto my property carrying a baseball bat he had better be recruiting for little league or we will be having a very quick and decisive discussion.

100% i would take care of any damage my cats or dog causes, there is no need to poison a neighbors pet

if you were my neighbor and my cat or dog scratched your car then i guess i would be painting your car for free then
