Sounds like the front wheel bearings may be on the way out.
I had the exact same problem with another car. Took the car to the dealership 6 times thinking it was the brakes. I got tired of taking it back and I discovered it was a front wheel bearing/hub. Replaced it and the squeeking went away. Don't rule it out as a possibility.
Thanks guys, this brake pad wear sensor, does it make this noise when the pads wearing out, or could it be rubbing on something? Any pics?
Thanks!
The "sensor" is a small piece of thin metal mounted on the side of the brake pad backing plate. When the pads are worn to the point that they should be replaced, the metal piece makes contact with the rotor and vibrates or "squeals". The sound may come and go or be heard all the time when the car is moving, but may stop when you push down on the brake pedal. You need to check the pads. If that is what the noise is and you let it go too long, you'll wear the pads down to the metal backing plate which will result in rotor damage.

Well, Ive checked the pads, plenty of life left on them, this points to the bearing then? But if it was the bearing would the squeaking noise dissappear when the brakes are applied?
One more thing to check is the caliper does it move at all?It has an anti rattle clip/spring to the rear side that holds the caliper in place I had noise from that area and I found that to be the problem.
