the horn started to blow and not stop until it blew the fuse. I changed the horn relay, still it blow until fuse pops. I disconnected the horn wire from the steering wheel, and the horn still blows until fuse pops. I disconnected the horns and the fuse is okay. Where is my problem? Help---please
