Default A factory '91 with an LT1 engine???

Ever hear of this rare gem? Someone at work knows someone who knows someone that claims to be the original owner of a '91, built late in the year, that came from the factory with an LT1 engine???

Wow! That's what I call the best of both worlds. 91's rule.

Someone at work knows someone who knows someone who is full of crap! The only way it'd be an LT1 would be if it was built late enough in the year to be a '92.

Not a chance...

Might have transplanted an LT1, but not one from the factory. They changed a lot of stuff for the LT1...wiring harness is different, instrument cluster is different...I think they show a higher red-line on the LT1 cluster...too many things to be from factory.

My 2 cents...I'll be glad to retract these words if it is really true

GM added Traction Control in 92 as well. I have a 91 and no traction control. It has to be a 92.

Well put, Kid! (many '92's had build dates of 1991, and time makes memory go all fuzzy. I know this for a fact....)
