Here are some flow numbers from an old post:
Random Tech., #813000, 327cfm
Catco, #6907, 365cfm
Carsound, #94109, 400cfm
Dynatech, #DTC-79-400300, 450cfm
Random Tech.. #703000, 535cfm
Be aware that a 240chp L98 needs >530cfm or it will give up some HP to push the exhaust gasses out. The pipes easily flow better than this; the cat is the big restriction, especially the stock cat even on a stock L98.
