Default Differences between '94 & '95 PCM?

Just wondering because I recently acquired a '94 F body PCM and wondered if it would be suitable for test purposes should I ever need it for that. I have a '95, BTW. My car is an automatic as was the donor car for this PCM.

Chris,
The 94/95 ECMs are the same but the F-body and Y-body are not. The good news is you can use the F-body ECM for testing and it will work, been there done that. If you need a good working ECM to do some tuning I have an extra you can use. It is actualy my OEM and it works fine. I was playing with my tune using my spare ECM and got it just about perfect so I left it in the car. Back to the F-body ECM, if I remeber right it set a ses code, don't remember the code at the moment, but I disabled the code and it worked fine. Again if you want to use mine shoot me an e-mail and pay the shipping.

Hey just for refernce, we have the 16181333

Thanks for the offer but since I can't do my own tuning, it wouldn't do me any good. If you ever want to get rid of it though, I might be interested. I'm just glad to have one in case I ever have a problem, it's a quick and dirty way to save some troubleshooting time in some cases. We do it at work frequently.
