Both my power windows and my radio stopped working. Since both of the went out at the same time I'm guessing that it is the weird powering system that go to both of them. Are there any fueses or anything that I could check to see if the accessory power is the problem?
The radio will blip on for about a second after you start the car, but then its gone, no clock or anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Power windows are protected by a 30 amp circuit breaker located in the fuse block and it resets automatically and has no connection to the radio. You have two separate problems. The radio has its own fuse and its clock is powered on the ctsy/clk fuse. Check both fuses with an ohmeter.
In the future always include what year car you are asking help for.
That is true, but this is a '93, when you turn the key off and don't open the doors the power windows and the radio still work. And when you open the door they both stop working. The power of the two are linked in some way. I'm trying to figure out what that common link is. I'm guessing that is where the problem is.
I think this is the Delayed-Accessory-Bus (DAB) that is controlled by the CCM, probably utilizing a relay.
If you haven't replaced the CCM recently, I'd be looking for that relay.
The DAB time-out is extremely short if the CCM is replaced and not programmed properly. After programming the CCM, the time-out is somewhere around 20 minutes or until the door is opened -- whichever comes first.

Don't know if your 93 is anything like my 85, but I had the same problem....turned out to be a wire behind the dash, with some of the insulation rubbed off, causinf an intermittent short. My wiring is a bit older than yours, so don't know if it is the same problem or not....everything on my 85 ran from the courtsey lamps fuse. I wound up re-wiring almost my entire car, after finding numerous bad wires.....

That is the way the car is designed to work with the key turned to the off position from on position. The radio and windows will work for approx. 15 minutes unless the door is opened. Open the door and the radio turns off and the windows will not move down or up.

Art, I know this is how my care is SUPOSE to work, and thats how it did work. But now the radio and windows DONT work at all.
Where can I find the DAB relay to check it out and make sure that its good.

I do most of my posts from work from memory, and I didn't remember where the DAB relay was.
I got home and checked my service manuals.
The DAB relay is behind the left side of the instrument panel; you have to remove the knee bolster to get to it.
There are three relays: cruise control relay, the DAB relay, and then the starter enable relay -- left to right, facing toward the front of the car.
The manual states to check for a loose G106 ground (on rear of engine by the oil filter), check for CCM (not ECM) trouble-codes, and for an open DAB Circuit Breaker (in main fuse block) or Fusible Link A.

You can cycle the DAB relay using the CCM Manual Diagnostics under CCM Diagnostic Mode 1.4. The procedure uses a jumper from A to G on the DLC connector but is too long to copy here but is covered in the HELMS manual. There are 14 CCM output signals from horn to change oil indicator that can be cycled in diagnostic mode.
