I will be removing my hooker headers soon to send to Jet-Hot coating. Anyone have any tips on removal? Thanks in advance.

Patience and wait until the car has sat for more than a few hours. My LT1 stayed hot for a really long time, but I was paying 4 bucks an hour for lift time so I earned a few blisters. Watch out for the temp sensor on the side of the block I broke one manuevering the headers. I think the hardest part is getting the other crap out of the way ie AC compressor and the ASR.
Remember LT headers come out the bottom so have access to a lift or a good jack and some sturdy jackstands.

take the 4 bolts out on the ac compressor and swing it out if the way. take the screw out of the way and swing the ASR out of the way.
take all the sprak plugs out. and also like aboatguy said watch out for the sensor on the pass side.
agian let them cool down. I also sent you a pm.

not a hard job at all. just be patient.
good luck your friend
