Hey, the car had code 13 for O2 sensor when I bought the 'vette. I changed the O2 sensor but still get the code 13. I've tried a few different O2's now. I did notice that the pigtail on the car had been kinked and bent the wire, possibly breaking some or all of the wires inside. Is there any other ideas? I tried a different coolant sensor, per the helms. A low coolant reading can throw an O2 code. That didn't help. While driving the SES light will come on for 5 mins then be off for 15 mins. Then come back on. I was thinking of running a new wire for the O2 but don't have the wiring diagram. Does the wire go right to the computer? Any other ideas?

What helms do you have ? Mine doesn't mention the coolant sensor for code 13. My manual also tells me what wires to check and test etc.
Heres code 13 from mine http://members.shaw.ca/corvette86/Code%2013.pdf
AGENT 86 I can't afford my own helms yet. I do want to get one soon! I went down to the local GM dealer and they printed me the O2 section. Thank you for the link. I will print that and use my multimeter. Do you have section B? Code 13 is intermittent if no other code is stored refer to intermittents in section B. That sounds like it would help to. I will check the volts.
