Default Unlevel stance, shim advice

I noticed the other day on my 1994 coupe: the car is sitting 3/4 of an inch higher on the passenger side than the drivers side. Question:
1. has anyone replaced or added the color coded shims to the front transverse spring and how hard of a job is this?
2. can the shims be added without removing the spring?
3. I believe my problem is a missing shim on the drivers side, which when replaced will correct my ride height.
4. The car is 3/4 of an inch lower on the front and rear, but I believe the front is causing this

Any help from experienced shimmers appreciated
again I'm not looking for wannabe mechanic ideas, I am asking if anyone has real experience replacing the color coded shims in the front suspension to raise the ride hieght of the drivers side

Is it higher in front, rear or both??

You can even overall ride heignt by lowering one side of the rear. Though this may not get the fronts totally even it will help and is much easier than doing the front.

You can get real close, I installed lowering bolts (both sides) so I didnt run into the cotterpin hole. I lowered one side, raised other, it is about stock height and yes the front isn't perfect but within 1/4 "

I tried to level my 86 by using washers to raise the low side at the back. Didn't help any. Then I took the front end apart and turned the front spring around. It still didn't change anything, so I cut two pieces of 1 1/2 wide by 1/8 aluminum and installed them on top of my spring on the front left side. Still not perfect but much better. Mine was over an inch out of level. Now it is level in front but still a little high in the right rear. I just tell people that I made it that way so it is level when I launch hard.
