Paging Alvin
Alvin, I have a quick question- if my current tune was set on my existing 52mm TB would I have any problems changing out to a 58mm TB. I simple do not want to go back to the dyno shop and spend another $600 bucks just for upgrading TBs. Your professional knowledge is appreciated.

It shouldn't make any difference AFR wize.. The MAF should compensate nicely for something small like that.
On the auto cars we use a different program per TB to keep the tranny settings right. (94 + cars) Sounds like yours is a manual though so it shouldn't matter.
did you spend $600 for a dyno tune?

Just keep in mind that a mustang dyno reports much lower #s than a dynojet does. Its just the way it is.
