intercooler pics, please post

anyone have a picture of there intercooler setup. im getting ready to start mine.

what kind of inter cooler? what year model? i have a 87 with a ati intercooler that i can take some pics of for you if that will help

I could post some old pics of the ATI unit on my '87, the previous Spearco 3.5", or the monster 5.5" custom mount. I thought you could actually see the monster if you go down through some old posts, but it appears that the pics are gone for good (I even tried a search under my ID; no luck).

I have measured and decided what size intercooler I am going to use. It is almost a perfect fit on my 84.

It looks like this:

3" inlet and outlet.
The core is 600x300 mm (24"x12") and 100 mm (4") thick.
With tanks it is 700 mm (27.5") just above the inlet/outlet.

I have not received it yet but I can get pictures later.

Hey that's the exact same one I just bought!
I wanted something where the tanks wouldn't block the airflow to the radiator and that intercooler core matches the rad core perfectly.

I'm gonna fab new alum ducting and open up the front plate area to force lots of air thru....

I have some pics

This unit replaced my horizontal flow Spearco (3.5"D x 19"W x 12"H), that I currently see 225°F at the end of a run. These pics are of the 5.5"D x 22"W x 16"H core. I designed this unit to completely wrap the radiator/condensor/fan package without modification. Im not sure if there are bigger cores on a vette; I have not seen any.
