temp, relative humidity and whether it is day or night would
add useful background info.
I'd guess we are talking coolant temperature and I'll agree
that your numbers look fine. 209º in the city is great, seems
like your fans don't even have to engage.
For oil temperature, you want to see it get over 212º
periodically. If you see temps of mineral oil continuously
around 230º-240º or more then you need to do something
to bring this down. Synthetics tolerate more heat but MPO
is that temps should still be below 250º.
