It all depends on how much you bore the cylenders.
355 ci would be safe .
I run about 400 hp on the motor and a 300 shot of juice.

At that level, I'd consider a partial fill atleast.

If the block flexes at all, even without breaking, you'll scatter that sucker.

I've built several LT's making close to 1k hp at the crank (blown apps). Truthfully it's RPM and TQ that kill blocks and cranks. A good LT block that doesn't go over .040" (minimum .250" thickness on the thrust side) with a short fill, cryo-treatment, and top-notch machine work will support up to 1200...I've seen it: there are several LT f-bodies making well in excess of 1k with the above mods. Luck is on your side with a turbocharger as well; they are not nearly as abusive on components as the other forms of forced induction. You have to spin a centrifugal too high and nitrous is an immediate BMEP spike on the cylinders as well as slamming the crank. Turbos generally build cylinder pressure in such a way as to not cause BMEP spikes like N2O and unlike centrifugal superchargers capable of supporting the same amount of power they do not require the high rpm if properly sized for the application.

However if all out power is your ultimate goal I'd can the LT based motor and built a traditional Gen 1 SBC with an aftermarket block.
