Is this a manual or automatic?
If its a manual, you can go with the LT1 intake or the Miniram, and pick a decent cam and better heads, that would eat most of your budget. If its an automatic, go with Superram, accel 219, and have the heads ported.
2-3K can go far if you can do the work yourself, but for most it wont.

yeah, i did the current rebuild myself, so all of this will be done by me. The car is also an automatic.
So SuperRam, Accel 219. I have not ported the heads yet, but i would be less inclined to do that, at least right now. I might purchase ported heads, since this is a daily driver, and i cant have it down that long.
