Any good Links or instructions on re-Clearcoating Polished wheels (Sawblades)?

I did find

www.prp-porstore.com

Glisten PC Clearcoat looks like fantastic stuff.

I wonder what the factory uses.?

Glisten is very good, but if you spray it, you'll need an oil/water filter from Glisten. ANY water or oil in the spray will ruin the job.

when you re-paint/ clearcoat you must always use a water separator and remove any oilers for your impact tools, of course best choice is to use two different hoses so that you do not push any oil onto your paint job. You will always have paint lift if there is ANY oil in your paint lines. clearcoat is only another form of paint and if there is any contamination either in the air lines or on the to be painted surface you will not get a good adhearing paint job(this is from experience as I paint a lot of my motorcycles and other vehicles. I don't see why you could not do the job, Just be carefull of humidity and bugs( they really screw up a really good paint job). More humidity means you will probably need to use more catalyst in your paint to try and get a little quicker tack to your paint. I hope this helps. Typically 3mils of paint(clearcoat) equals aproximately 3 passes with the spray gun. Let me know if I can help anymore. There are some good information sites for painting, just do a search on auto painting or motorcycle painting.
