1990 CCM dash diagnostics
Trying to locate trouble with ECM to CCM Vats fuel enable circuit...Car will crank but not start...The car has spark and 42# of fuel pressure but will not turn over.....The fuel pump enable circuit from ECM comes on for 2 secs when key is turned to run then shuts off and stays off......Also the fuel pump feedback signal to the ECM is 12V all the time the engine is cranking.......Seems like something else is shutting the pump off, my guess is VATS???...The ECM has been swapped out, same problem....Also fuel injectors are not turning on....I pulled the CCM codes, only have a C12, also no ECM codes....CCM diagnostic says fuel enable is on......However, there is a #7 readout after the ECM codes which says "Err" but his is not mentioned in the service manual?????? Anybody had this problem or know what computer the #7 is relation to ???? Thanks.....
