Theft/security control module location on 85
I'm in the process of trying to disconnect the control module for the theft deterent on my 85. I've removed the dash top and breadbox (for breadbox removal). I have searched prior posts and know that the control box is next to the computer, but which one is it? There are several boxes located there.
I need to disconnect because I have sporatic alarms sometimes when I unlock the doors with the key.

Thanks for the offer of help Jeff, but I figured out what was what. For anyone else looking for this, it is a black box about 3" x 3" x 1". It is located just between the computer and the dash (or at least it was on mine). There is one long gang plug that goes into it.
I've never been able to get it fixed in the past. Sometimes the alarm would go off when I unlocked the door with the key after using the power locks to lock them. Sometimes it worked fine. I just stopped using my power locks. That worked great until my wife drives, then the phone rings.
I wanted to remove the bread box, so it seemed a good time to fix the alarm problem. Unplug the little black box, no problem. Now I just have to make a cover to go where the bread box was.
