I believe that's '90 or even later years, Manual air only.
If you have Electronic Air, a (Blower) Module takes the place of any Relay. It's mounted on the left side of the Evaporator Housing. Inputs are usually red (Power from a fusible link behind the Battery), Dark Green/Yellow (Compressor on from the dash); Dark Green (Compressor Ground from the compressor); and Tan (Blower signal from the Dash - variable with about 2.5 volts at Blower Speed "1" and 6 volts are Blower Speed "10"). Outputs are Purple or Black Red (Actual Blower Voltage - about 4 volts at "1", 12 volts at "10") and Black (Ground - spliced or shared with the Blower Motor). If you don't have max blower - check voltages and jumper the blower motor directly to the battery to see if it runs any faster; otherwise, suspect the Module.

If you have C68, you do not need this part.
