Default We have a code 45 in progress!! 89 TPI

Just earlier, I was doing some data logging. I started from a long straight road in my area. I did a pull on overdrive from 35 mph all the way to 120 mph where the code 45 was thrown. I made sure I didn't WOT it and barely had my foot on the pedal. I'd say there was 25% throttle involved so my car was still in closed loop mode. From a slow pull from 35 mph to about 70 mph, the blm was 126. Not letting off the pedal and still at about 25% throttle, from 70 mph to 95 mph, blm was 118. From about 100 mph to about 120, still in OD, tq converter locked, rpms @ 3300 @ 25-30% throttle, the blm was 113. Uh oh, then the SES light came on and on my computer flashed code 45, rich exhaust indicated. I slowed down and let off the pedal and the SES light stayed on for another 10 seconds and then the light turned off, finally. It kinda scared me a bit that it came on, since the last time it came on was on July when I had a problem with my MAF sensor with a code 33 every time I drive. I see my rpms at that speed that the code came on were about 3300-3400 rpms at roughly 120 mph /w my stock 3.07 gear. What could have cause me my car to throw a rich code, and how bad is it when the blm is 114 @ 120 mph on OD /w tq converter locked @ 3300 rpms??
