Default Rocker stud Torque Spec.

I can't seem to find the torque spec's for rocker arm studs in my book.
86 alum heads, I think it should be around 50 or 55 ft. lbs. but not sure.
Can someone let me know the correct torque spec's. Thanks!

That sounds about right. Put a little Loctite on them and you should be all set.

Unless the holes are through drilled into the intake ports, in which case a sealant would be a good idea.

Yes I always use a thread sealant when the holes are drilled through.
The rocker stud holes are not, the old studs I removed had nothing on the threads. I just used a little motor oil on the threads so they torque down good. Thanks for the help.
