Got my dyno baseline!!

Went with a group of Vettes to a local dyno and got my baseline readings. I have a 93 LT1 with cut lid, cat back and 3:54 gears and pulled a 261 rwhp and 289 rwtq. soon to come more mods

stay tuned.

Sounds about right, I wish more people would run before and after dyno runs for their mods. It would put to rest more of the back-and-forth we sometimes get.

Yeah that's one of the reasons I did it. Here in Denver a guy hooked a bunch of us up with a Dyno shop and it was $35 for 3 runs so the price was right. They only charge $45 on a normal day so it's cheap enough to do after every mod if the mood strikes

That's a great deal, I paid a lot more (like $60+) for two runs. I'd have been miffed had they come out different, lucky for me they were the same.

Those numbers sound about right and pretty good for the Denver air.

I think my numbers on my 92 auto were 273 Hp and 303 Ftlbs with pretty much the same mods. SLP Claw intake and Corsa catbacks.
