The guy that did my heads left a plug in the passanger side temp sensor hole. It is a square plug and it will not come out. Is there any danger heating the plug with a torch? Anybody have any good ideas on how to remove this thing? BTW it is a 92 LT1

I'm sorry, I was looking at your avatar, could you repeat the question? No, a little heat, carefully applied shouldn't hurt anything. You didn't switch the heads side for side did you? Because if you did, you're going to find another problem with holes....

From this link it looks as if people put it on the drivers side. My driver side has a temp sensor on it. On my 92 it has two sensors one on the drivers side front and one on the passenger side back. Am I correct?
is the head back on the car? If not don't heat it that will make both the head and plug metal expand. it's the same reason that changing the spark plugs on a hot engine is a pain so many times. tyr to get the plug itself cold with some dry ice. I hove done this before on a few things and it works.
