Service Engine Soon Light
I have an '86. The Service Engine Soon Light continues to light up. I am in Australia and nobody has been able to tell me how to get it off. Engine has been recently serviced. Any help would be appreciated.

The SES light means there has been a problem and a code has been thrown.
You need to pull the codes and adress the issue.
Now if you believe the problem has been fixed you can clear the code by unhooking the negative post of you battery for 15 seconds or more and the code will clear and the light will go out. If the problem still exists a code will be thrown again and the light will be back.

Where abouts do you live, i am from wollongong, if you not too far we could meet up and i could scan the codes for you. If not, try jumping the aldl terminals and counting flashes to get the codes(see tech tips)
