U joint help please.
Hello, I damaged one of the little covers on my rear u joint when installing.A few of the little needles that are inside fell out.I am wondering if it would be ok to use a cover from another u joint so I would not have to undo everything again.

By "cover" do you mean the u joint bearing cap, that holds the needle bearings? If they are the same brand of joint, you should be OK. Make sure all the needle remain in place. If one falls to the bottom of the cap it will be very difficult to install and be short lived if you do get it back together.
