Wheels

Does anyone know if the wheels from a 1999 C5 will fit a 1990 C4 Corvette.

I am sure they will. I believe the offsets are the same (56mm). The C5 fronts are typically 8.5" wide, so you will have a smaller tire up front.

The rears are actually a 65mm offset, but yes they will fit your car just fine. As for tires you can use 255/45/17 up front and 285/35/18 out back.

why do some of these wheel combo's have different diameter wheels from frt to back??

I want to put 18" all around
