Last Sunday evening I took my '93 40th Anniv out for a ride. It ran great for about a half an hour. It got dark, I turned on the headlights, was running about 60-65mph and the car stalled. It started right back up, but continued to stall about every three miles all the way home. I took it for a short ride the following morning and it ran fine, never stalled. Could the stalling have anything to do with headlights ?

Are you familiar with pulling DTC codes? Surely there would be a DTC set for this type of condition.
Well, this happened to me on one of my older cars. At night, with the headlights on, stereo going and the wipers on, if I flicked on the high beams, the car would stall.
I never chased down the exact problem since it had a new alternator, new battery, new starter and new battery cables. All the other wiring was original(1968). Definitely an electrical problem in my case.
