I need some help with this.
I have everything disconnected except the antenna cable because I'm not sure where to disconnect it.
It goes into the motor and is covered by black rubber which I tried to unplug but it won't budge.
There is no screw or anything holding it on to the motor.
I hope you don't tell me the cable goes all the way to the radio!
It seems to me it should come off by the motor but I don't want to force it if I'm at the wrong place.
Thanks
Herb
I have removed this from my 94 (a few years ago) and seems to me the cable unscrewed at the unit. At any rate there is also a cable connector somewhere in the area of the wheel well. I'm know it is there but I have never seen it.

The cable in my 93 followed the same path as the electrical harness and is connected in the same general area as the harness under the back molding in the hatchback area. This assumes a coupe. Do not know about the convertible.
Herb:
If this is a coupe you have to remove the rear trim and shade you will then see a large block of foam rubber that is open at the top, about halfway between the driver side wheel well and center latch you wiill find both the power pig tail and antenna plug. I took out the outside tail light and side light to change mine. If you don't pull the tail light you will have a very hard time getting the large rubber plug out of the wheel well; piece of cake with the light out. Good luck.
