So are you going to load all your plaster and chemicals and pool cleaning equipment into the back of the z? Throw a tarp down, it'll be fine.

You should swap your 89 with the z, keep it at the carport.

I think if I took the hatch off I could even mount the 500 lb, compressor in there, too. THis might work

Gets a code 42. (I may not have cleared it from the last time I got a code, was either 42 or 43)I remember it was the EST code, distributor was in a tooth off.

What is code 42?
When I ground the two pins to pull codes, the fan come on. Also noticed the fan comes on at 110 degrees, sometimes within a minute of startup. Stock chip, hypertech 160 fan switch, new CTS.

Oh yeah, coolant in overflow tank has oil all over the top of it, radiator coolant which i just replaced looks like cr4p, but see no water/milkshake on dipstick or oil fill area.

Yeah, I *** ZOOMED from the above statement that you were claiming your car was somehow immune to increasing altitude. What am I, a mind reader? If you don't want to be misread, don't post misleading/incomplete/ out-of-context statements.

I think you want people to misread you, merely so you can jibberjabber about how incorrect they are.

Increasing altitude? Who said anything about INCREASING altitude? I even poo pooed the altitude by saying "Problems at altitude? What altitude?"

It takes a pretty weak mind to blame the motives of the speaker for the inability to understand the message. I'm sorry if you have trouble keeping up with me.

Cusinvette, since this post has now turned into a pissing match, what does your coolant look like? Is it BROWN and POOEY looking? Does it look like chucks of crap are in your radiator? If so my GUESS and it's only a fking guess is you may have an intake gasket out. PM me and we can discuss it.

A good way to check for that is to drain a cup of oil out into a clear dry container and check for water. Water will settle to the bottom after the motor sits awhile. There really isnt any oil pressure up by the coolant ports to the intake, but I'm sure itd find its way in anyways to give you a residue.

That's normal, it's so the engine doesn't overheat during diagnostics.

I remember you buying an book on TPI systems when we were over PAW. If so there's a real good diagnostics section in there.
