Default superram question

I was looking at the superram intake, and i notice that the ports for two of the runners are recessed and out of the flow path. Does this starve those two for air, or is this all thought of in the design? Has anyone modded it to promote more flow to those ports, by perhaps cutting out the corner and making it a slope instead of a corner?

We have tuned several SR equipped cars and have never encountered a lean or rich cylinder.

That corner is there due to the constraints on the design. Doesn't seem to have an adverse affect tho. My guess is that the plenum is so large, there is enough air on tap to feed all the runners.

When you do get the vette contact me about the SR. I have unbeatable prices, even lower than Summit! Here is my shop number when you are ready.

On a L98 it is probably the best designed intake for that engine. Plus it fits under your hood without any modifications needed. The only other direct competition is the Holley stealth ram but it won't fit under a C4 hood. Installed on a stock L98, you will feel the difference, unlike most bolt on mods, this one works and you can feel it

I am very happy with my LPE SuperRam and the increased Torque it has given me. I know we will get some "mini-me-rammers" saying that all systems run out of air at high RPMS, except there's. I do not run my motor at high RPMs and love the accelleration down low in the torque band. Those that have owned it and complain are those that do not like taking the time to fasten all the bolts that come with it. They want a mini-mum of bolts. I would have gone with a Jburnett intake like ski-it-down and others did. If you get a look at that design there is no blind intake holes as you describe. I have also not had any lean/rich cyclinder differences due to your description, but love the idea that you thought about it.
