2-3.) You don't need to change your plugs for summer and winter. You might want to get plugs that are one heat range colder than TR6's though.
4.) Injector size seems ok depending on how much boost you run. How much boost are you planning on running? But that ties into the FMU question.
5.) you should be able to run the stock base fuel pressure and be fine.
ps. TR6 is ok or you can Autolit 103 is 2 step colder.

Your fuel pressure is way to low. You need to turn the fuel pressure up to 50psi. Disconect the FMU and trash them. I can't see how you got 13-15psi of boost is unheard of. If you got a trim blower and the standard 6rib serpentine belt and a 396ci motor.
If you indeed getting 13-15psi of boost and running fuel pressure at only 32psi? You would have a blow head gasket already.
