1.) Who did your ECM reprogram, or chip burn? What year is it? Are you still using the vortech FMU? With 50lb injectors you need your computer reprogrammed and you should be able to get rid of your FMU all together. If you want to keep the FMU you would need to get a new diaphram for it.

2-3.) You don't need to change your plugs for summer and winter. You might want to get plugs that are one heat range colder than TR6's though.

4.) Injector size seems ok depending on how much boost you run. How much boost are you planning on running? But that ties into the FMU question.

5.) you should be able to run the stock base fuel pressure and be fine.

no reason for you to keep the FMU. The 50s injector is more than enough for your setup. Without a intercooler you will not be able to run more than 10psi of boost before it detonating. On top of that if you got the S trim blower, it wo't make more than 10psi on a ported heads and the big 396ci motor.

ps. TR6 is ok or you can Autolit 103 is 2 step colder.

Your fuel pressure is way to low. You need to turn the fuel pressure up to 50psi. Disconect the FMU and trash them. I can't see how you got 13-15psi of boost is unheard of. If you got a trim blower and the standard 6rib serpentine belt and a 396ci motor.

If you indeed getting 13-15psi of boost and running fuel pressure at only 32psi? You would have a blow head gasket already.

Do you have a Vortech or Procharger?? Because I don't remember Procharger made a 2.25 pulley for their blower. But Vortech did because of their lower step up gear ratio. You call me tonight we'll talk about it. Later
