Default First time at WOT since July 18 Smooth and CLEAN!

:hat :D That ought to pretty much sum up how it felt! It's in the upper 80's I had the A/C on cruising home from the body shop. I did hear a slight ping climbing a HUGE hill on the parkway.. I'm assuming that's normal. No biggy. Just to be sure.. I shut the air off..and MATTED it off the ramp..SAYONARA! Right up to 6000 like NOTHING. I got off it quickly seeing the light was ahead. Man I miss that feeling! The whole detonation thing kinda traumatized me to push the car. The only way to know is to :smash: HAMMER IT though. IF it is not too sticky(Humid) I'll send it down the track tomorrow on streets to see where the MPH is.

Looks like you've got the motor setup I'm working on. Did you need to upgrade the fuel pump? What kind of chip are you running?

Thanks for the kind words. I am using an LPE Chip...it's a little different than others.. always runs in Open Loop. If you want details ask them :D I know nothing more.

Fuel pump.... hmm, I updated it to their Accel/LPE High Flow system..but didn't need it. It's always good to have the delivery of fuel even if you don't need it.

Mackster.... see you tomorrow. Racing or Watching.

Do you have a scanner to datalog a run with? Detonation isn't always heard. I still don't trust their open loop tuning. Bring it down to Sarasota and we'll make an alternate chip.
