Anyone know how to route the radar detector wires through a
c4 rear view. There is no convenient adapter in the back of the mirror like the c5 mirror has. You have to route the wires through the back of the mirror to the bottom where the lamp assy are. Seems easy but there is NO room to route an additional wire. Do these mirrors come apart?

I popped out the light lenses to get access to the ground and power inside. I even put a 1 amp mini fuse inside there. I fed the wires in the back along side the factory wires. Works great and only powers detector when ign on. 
I'll dig up a couple of pics in a minute.

Thanks for the pics. I popped out the lens and I believe the yellow is always hot but the green is only grounded with ignition on.
But Agent86, How were you able to route the wire through the mirror. The is NO dang room next to the other wires!

If your talking about the rubber wrap over the wires, i pushed a knitting needle through it and worked it around till i stretched out enough room for the wire.
Strick, i don't recall but zooming in on the one pic may shed some light.

The needle is a good idea for the shrink wrap outside the mirror.
But I was wondering how you routed the wire from the back of the mirror, through the mirror to the lamp assy (that IS where you connected to 12v and gd, right?)
I don't see any room for another wire to fit through the mirror. Did you take the mirror apart?
