take off door panel.
- there is a screw behind the light, the lock slide and the one you can see in the door panel behind the handle. There is a screw in the back of the door, near the hatch release.
take off glass (mark glass so it can go back into the regulator correctly).
drill out rivets.
replace.
that's what I remember from an article in one of the vette mags.
You do not have to take the glass out just roll it down.Doing the pass side there is a screw under the window switch. It is possible to do it with the panel on too.I took mine off though.

Exactly what I thought. I guess I can use screws as opposed to riveting the sweep back in. Yes?
If you use screws better make them stainless but I recommend pop rivets it is not too hard. The screw head may over time scratch you window as the strip wears.Pop rivets are flat.
