Engine starts better when cold. Why?
Hi guys!
When cold my '85 always starts exactely after turning the ignition key, and after I drove it for a few miles it cranks 3 to five times before starting.
Is this normal or is there any way to fix it?

Mine used to be like that. When cold, it would fire as soon as the key was turned, but hot it had to be cranked. I replaced the injectors this winter, and now cold it requires a little cranking but hot it starts right up. Go figure. I think the injectors might have been leaking a little or something.

Try getting your injectors cleaned before replacing them. Tune up places offer a topend gunk clean out service that essentially runs cleaning solvent throught the fuel system from the injector fuel rail that supposed to work quite well. It takes about 5 minutes. Its supposed to clean the injectors and deposits off of the valve and etc.
