Default need help finding auxilary fuse holder

I removed two bolts on the black plastic cover under the glove compartment but it doesn't come down and I don't see anything else to loosen. What do I need to do to get access to the auxilary fuse holder in this area on a '91. TIA

Default Above passenfer foot well

Remove the black plastic cover under the dash over where your passesger's feet are.
There are two bolts aling the edge closest to the seat and one in the center by the firewall. Pull it back towards the seat to unclip it along the edge by the main fusebox and it will drop down.
The 2 AUX fuse boxes are hanging under the dash.
TIP...... Remove the seat cushon to give yourself some more space to work under there.
Good luck

I can't find the one on the center of firewall, is it vertical or horizontal into firewall, same type bolt at others? hidden by carpet? thanks again.

Open the passenger side door and remove the fuse cover. Remove the plastic fuse panel bezel held on by 3 small bolts.

One of the bolts requires a thin nut driver or thin socket to get off. Once the bezel is removed, pull the edge of the dash carpet back (velcroed) which will expose I think 2 small bolts which are holding the side of the black plastic panel you are trying to remove. Once the panel drops down, unplug the courtesy lamp plug and remove the panel.

I had success in getting the black panel to drop but still don't see the damn auxilary fuses, are they behind the carpeted panel, if so, I don't see how to get to them or make it drop, seems to be fixed.

Once the black plastic panel is removed, lay on your back. Look up towards where the firewall meets the passenger side kick panel corner.

In the corner area, you'll see a orange vacuum hose that connects to a vacuum controlled door solenoid.
Look up in that area and you should see a black rectangular fuse block containing 4 fuses. The fuse block is about 2 inches wide x 5 inches long.
