O.K. Steve! Do what you want, All I know is that I am not made of money so when I sell my parts, I like to get what they are worth to someone to buy. If you sell your SR for $400, There is no way someone will sell you a Miniram for $400. This way you will probabaly have to spend an easy $400-$500 extra for a Miniram. Just trying to save you money dude. I wouldnt be suprised if someone bought your Superram off you for $400, and then sold it for $750 a day later. Do you think that guy is out to help?

im a printer 50k tops a year. i understand where your coming from. but i just cant knowingly do that to some one. if a person buys it and resales it not really knowing if its a dud or not he`s not at fault. on the other hand i do know.

Is yours a new SR? I know they had issues this past summer with fitment of them.

www.tpis.com sells them. With fuel rails they are getting $1295 for it. Talk to flatlne maybe you 2 could work out a deal.

I had a MR for 2 years then changed to the SR, unless you get a decent rear gear, like a 3.73 or 3.9? you wont be happy. Tuning was tough because andI could not get it to lean out, ran rich always. I think the cam overlap and reverb back up into the throttle body was the reason.

With the MR and 3.07's the car would be slow to get going until @ 4500 RPM, then run like a raped ape, in retrospect, I wish I had just changed the gears when I had the MR.

But I now have the SR with the 3.45 rear gear, same cam etc, went to the track and even with my clutch is slipping,,, my MPH is still the same, which tells me that the car is probably slightly faster with the SR one I get my clutch problem solved.

I dont see what the big deal is with the SR install really, it is not as fast of an install as the MR but I did not see it it be a big problem.

Anyway, this spring I will have a new clutch, probably a Street Twin and will try it out again, if my MPH stays the same, then I bet I will run faster than my best of 12.5 using the SR, we'll see.

If you sell your SR for $400 consider it sold to me if no one has taken it in the parts for sale section. Just let me know where to send the money or paypal account....... I'm serious. My email is hz900@yahoo.com

Why would you bother;LT1 manifold is very similar to MR as far as runners go.
The MR is the "LT1" manifold for early engines.

Hey it's not all glory with a Mini either. I fought a lean condition when I first put the Mini on. Pretty much the problem was a lean pop due to a 'tip in' issue. I understand that it gets pretty damn frustrating.

But as far as the mechanical part of it the mini is just like bolting on a carbed intake, put the bolts in the heads and you are done.

If you plan to run hard lines I think I would fish them thru the intake with it off the car.

I'll put a set of gears/44 in this spring to take full advantage of the intake.
